The mousepad-like surface is smooth enough that my cards slide without catching, and it's held up through a few months of weekly game nights. Rolling it up to haul to a friend's place hasn't left any creases either.
The colors on this Ichigo art are way more vivid in person than the listing photos let on. It lies perfectly flat right out of the tube with no curling at the edges, and the standard size fits my desk setup great. Card sleeves glide across it without catching at all.
The mousepad-like surface is way smoother than I expected, and my cards slide around a lot less during shuffling now. Ichigo's colors pop nicely on my desk setup too.
